Why FICA is required

Why documents get rejected
- Blurry or cropped images. All four corners should be visible and the text readable. Photograph documents on a flat surface in good light, without flash glare.
- Old proof of address. More than three months old is the most common rejection.
- Name mismatch. The name on your documents, Hollywoodbets account and bank account should match.
- Only one side of a smart ID. Upload both sides.
- Expired documents. An expired passport will not be accepted.
Tip: if your bank lets you download a statement as a PDF, upload that instead of a photo of a printed statement. It is easier to read and less likely to be rejected for image quality.
